The permanent collection includes some million pieces and features one of the best shows of the natural sciences from around the country. The Museum has collections in several scientific fields such as archeology, botany, zoology and paleontology.

Museum PUCRS

The Museum of Science and Technology PUCRS is a Brazilian museum, located in the city of Porto Alegre. It is one of the largest interactive museums of natural sciences in Latin America, offering activities for all ages and showing areas of experiment-attractions of the Universe, Earth, Environment and Man, among others.

The area of permanent exhibition to the public has about 700 interactive experiments covering many areas of knowledge. Even the visitor can participate in experiments that resulted in the current scientific knowledge.
